About the Positions
We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill three Limited-Term Appointment (LTA) positions in the School of Business. These positions are available in the areas of Administration, Organizational Studies, and Finance.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching and research in their respective areas of expertise. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of the School's curriculum and programs.
Requirements
For the Administration position, the successful candidate must possess a PhD in general business administration or a related field, with a strong teaching and research background. They should also have relevant industry experience and/or a professional designation.
For the Organizational Studies position, the successful candidate must possess a PhD in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a strong teaching and research background. They should also have relevant industry experience and/or a professional designation such as CHRP or CHRL.
For the Finance position, the successful candidate must possess a terminal degree in Finance, such as an MBA or a related field, with a strong teaching and research background. They should also have relevant industry experience and/or a professional designation such as CFA or CPA.
