About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Workforce Optimization team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Workforce Optimization platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver large or significant features successfully.
  • Own defining the strategic vision for major features or a product, establishing a roadmap, and have a track record of successfully driving engineering teams to deliver on that vision.
  • Understand the architecture of the systems and technologies behind your product.
  • Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
  • Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences.
  • Foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues.

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) powers Amazon's global fulfillment network. We invent and deliver software, hardware, and data science solutions that orchestrate processes, robots, machines, and people. We harmonize the physical and virtual world so Amazon customers can get what they want, when they want it.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
