Pure Lifestyle Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively engage with customers to better understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
