Senior Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Expert Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Execute projects utilizing Agile/Scrum Methodology, using tools like JIRA. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Quality Planning: Perform the planning of Quality Assurance activities needed in projects, including effort estimation, timing, and resource allocation.
- Requirement Tracking: Track and ensure delivery of customer requirements using requirement traceability matrixes.
- Testing Strategy: Coordinate the preparation and execution of the testing strategy and perform test monitoring and reporting, using tools like GTP and CSN, JIRA.
- Review and Follow-up: Prepare and moderate reviews (i.e., code reviews, Backlog Item Acceptance Criteria) and perform follow-up tracking of the results of these reviews.
- Compliance and Security: Coordinate with the Solution Architect and Project Manager on SIRIUS tasks, Corporate and Top X Product Standard Compliance, follow up regarding any exceptions, with a strong focus on Security.
- Deliverable Review: Perform formal checks and usability checks of deliverables to the customer before handover.
- Functional Testing: Participate in functional test execution, including executing automated testing strategies.
- Communication: Communicate with the customer concerning Quality Management topics in alignment with the project manager/architect throughout the development, testing, and warranty/support phases.
- Lessons Learned: Moderate Lessons Learned sessions and root cause analyses, contribute to Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Quality Monitoring: Perform Quality Management monitoring and Quality Management status reporting and propose and execute on corrective actions.
- Methodology and Tools: Pro-actively provide feedback regarding methodology, tools, and best practices in order to constantly improve the development methodology and tools.
- Quality Community: Actively contribute to Quality Management community by sharing experiences and ideas for Quality Management excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in SAP Innovative Business Solutions initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree highly desirable, preferably in a technical related discipline.
- Quality Management Certification: Quality Management certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 10+ years of professional experience in quality assurance related positions.
- Quality Management Experience: Quality Management experience in a software development environment, preferably SAP.
- Cloud Technologies: Should have quality management expertise in various Cloud Technologies.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Sound understanding of software development lifecycle processes (Agile methodology).
- Software Logistics: Good knowledge of software logistics is a plus.
- Certification Methods: Knowledge of the main certification methods (ISO, CMMI, ISTQB, etc.) is a plus.
- Test Automation Tools: Knowledge of test automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
- Adaptability: Flexible and quickly adopting to new tasks/challenges.
- Results Orientation: Pragmatic and result-oriented.
- Programming Experience: Programming experience is a plus.
- AI Experience: AI experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent French is a plus.
