Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at The Josie Hotel, Autograph Collection. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Guests
Provide a friendly and welcoming attitude to all guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Parking and RetrievalPark and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely, ensuring the highest level of service.
Information and AssistanceProvide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, assisting guests with their needs as required.
Luggage and SupportAssist guests with luggage and other needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
