Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Float Pool team at Salgado LLC. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various rehabilitation units within our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist with patient mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse.
- Recent clinical experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
