About the Role

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As an Intern, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on various infrastructure projects, including structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, hydro, and dams.

Responsibilities
  • Support pursuit and project civil/structural/roadway/hydro and dam engineering design work by:
    • Producing simple design calculations and analyses
    • Participating in the development of design deliverables, including collaborating with engineers and designers/drafters
  • Support the development of the multidisciplinary engineering team by:
    • Building internal tools and processes
    • Developing design tools and standards with our engineers
    • Gathering market intelligence
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related degree
  • Available for full-time work for a 4-month internship period
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Functional knowledge of French (written and verbal) is considered an asset
