Provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Zoning the department to ensure efficient operations.
- Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and safe shopping environment.
- Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and confusion.
- Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and product rotation to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise.
- Following Health and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
