Job Title: Sales Floor Associate Job Description:

Join our team as a Sales Floor Associate and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoning the department to optimize sales and customer flow.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and appealing store environment.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhering to food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning protocols.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Ensuring the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
  • Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
