Compétences requises

  • Détenteur d'un baccalauréat ou d'une formation en assurance, ou toute formation ou expérience équivalente
  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience en centre d'appel
  • Excellent communicateur autant en français qu'en anglais
  • Passionné par le service à la clientèle
  • À l'aise avec les systèmes informatiques

Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux appels des assurés sinistrés et ouvrir, au besoin, des dossiers de réclamations en automobile et en habitation
  • Répondre de manière professionnelle aux appels afin de prendre en charge nos assurés
  • Gérer les situations de manière courtoise et respectueuse
  • Recommander nos partenaires d'affaires aux clients
  • Préparer et mettre à jour la correspondance avec les vendeurs et les clients
  • Documenter les demandes reçues en tenant compte des normes et procédures établies
  • Consulter, interpréter, vérifier, corriger et mettre à jour les divers documents et données
  • Identifier les améliorations de processus pour la direction
