Job Title: Senior Communications Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Advisor to join our team at BluEarth Renewables Career. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic communications plans to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to support BluEarth's business goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the consistent execution of BluEarth's brand across all mediums to uphold our brand integrity, reputation, and identity.
  • Digital Communications: Manage BluEarth's corporate website, social media accounts, and digital media strategy to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Media Relations & Crisis Communications: Maintain media and journalist relationships, monitor media coverage, and support crisis communications planning and response.
  • Internal Communications: Lead internal communications, including quarterly townhall meetings, messages from the CEO, and sensitive HR-related messaging.
  • Project Communications: Support the execution of project communication plans, including landowner and community engagement, and external events.
  • ESG Program: Oversee the development and implementation of BluEarth's ESG reporting framework and annual ESG Report.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of seven years' experience in a communications role, preferably in renewable energy, resource development, or a related business sector.
  • Skills: Strong literacy in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms; ability to build relationships and earn trust; professional, respectful, and charismatic with a great sense of humor.
