Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cosmetics Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maintaining a high level of salesfloor presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.

Product Knowledge and Promotion

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our cosmetics products, including features, benefits, and applications. Promote products to customers, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.

Salesfloor Presentation and Maintenance

Ensure the salesfloor is well-organized, visually appealing, and easy to navigate. Stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged or out-of-date goods, and maintain product displays.

Customer Service and Issue Resolution

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve issues and refer concerns to management as needed.

Merchandise Handling and Inventory

Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment as required, and administer necessary paperwork and documentation.

Team Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations.
