Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while minimizing losses and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual guidelines and company standards.
- Support the supervision of store associates, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Participate in training programs and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
