What you will be doing

  • Perform 1st, 2nd and 3rd- line problem analysis of client systems remotely or onsite with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Verify software installations, system and reporting data and configurations and integrity of overall solution
  • Provide SME level training to Sales Area Applications Specialists, system power users and management teams.
  • Verify site audit reports, understand context, communicate impacts to various stakeholders including sales, services and clients.
  • Perform parameter discovery and signals detection on new equipment
  • Work with sales and services managers to understand customer requirements, document and scope prospective applications, participate in the quoting processPresent key deployment/support findings/outcomes and make suggestions for process improvements (internally) and operational improvements to key client stakeholders.
  • Engage periodically with Newtrax R&D to scope, test and validate emerging technology and system enhancements.
  • Take responsibility for training junior members of the team, as well as Sales Area Applications Specialists
  • Meet regularly with the sales team to review project opportunities and strategies
  • Provide work estimates for inclusion in customer quotes and proposals.
  • Develop or review Applications project and product-based Deployment, Commissioning, and Training documentation.
  • Follow the Safety First policy and ensure safety training certificates are kept current
  • Be an ambassador for Sandvik/Newtrax culture by ensuring the workplace maintains a positive, high performance attitude.

  • Vérifier les installations logicielles, les données du système et des rapports et les configurations et l'intégrité de la solution globale.
  • Fournir une formation au niveau des PME aux spécialistes des applications du secteur des ventes, aux utilisateurs de puissance du système et aux équipes de gestion.
  • Vérifier les rapports d'audit de site, comprendre le contexte, communiquer les impacts à diverses parties prenantes, y compris les ventes, les services et les clients.
  • Effectuer la découverte des paramètres et la détection des signaux sur le nouvel équipement.
