Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Perform hands-on maintenance work and troubleshooting
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other departments for maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Stay updated with industry best practices

Credentials:
- Technical/High School diploma or equivalent trade certification
- Fully skilled in one or more trades
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance
- Basic welding skills and knowledge of different controls
- Experience in troubleshooting motors and equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Automotive manufacturing experience
Desired Characteristics:
- Previous leadership experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
