Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Level 3 to join our team at Linamar Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Install new equipment and perform preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Consult work orders and personal log books to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and apprentices on troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance standards and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent general education.
  • Certificate of qualifications or certificate in a related field or equivalent working experience (millwright preferred).
  • Basic welding skill for millwright.
  • Minimum two years previous related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting servo motors, drivers, encoders, etc.
  • Able to read and understand all codes and regulations (Health and Safety, Electrical).
