Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Walmart Canada. As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
