As an Over-the-Counter Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the OTC Department Manager and Pharmacy Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products.
  • Zone the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Keep the area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and foreign objects.
  • Maintain zero pricing errors through the Scanning Credibility Program.
  • Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process.
