Responsibilities
Collect Assigned Client Accounts
Ensure payments are received within terms
Communicate with clients verbally and via email
Discuss and resolve disputes
Review customer accounts as required
Review customer account status with manager;
Prepare list of accounts receivable
Review aged trial balance of accounts receivable prior to closing;
Prepare monthly provision for bad debts;
Review and Establish Credit Applications and Limits
Open new accounts and identify risk level
Assign customer numbers and open computer accounts;
Perform all other necessary and required tasks as per manager.

Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience

  • 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with a D365 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
