Responsibilities and Requirement

Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective)Must be a Certified Scrum Master Certification (Valid & Current Certification)High on confidence and good articulation skills.Shielding the team - Conflict resolutionsCoaching Agile practicesTight grip on Agile Estimating and planning, Forecasting.Removing impedimentsCreating a communication channel (team, Product owner, stakeholder)Enforcing RulesStrong Salesforce Deliver Lead/Managerunderstanding of SDLC processes & delivery timelinesDetermine and define project scope and objectivesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerMonitor budget based on the scope of work and resource requirementsDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementRemoving barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
