We are looking for individuals who enjoy delivering purposeful service and focusing on the details that matter. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests, from setting tables to interacting and serving guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the menu, including reading and visually verifying information
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
