Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Delta Hotels Guelph Conference Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that all hotel spaces are well-maintained and welcoming.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to take ownership of your work and make decisions to ensure the highest level of quality and service. You will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines
  • Take ownership of your work and make decisions to ensure the highest level of quality and service
Requirements
