Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Delta Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests have a memorable and unique experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
