Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing timely and effective support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patient services and ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals to optimize reimbursement support.
  • Manage patient prescriptions, including initial and renewal coordination, to ensure timely and continuous access to therapy.
  • Identify and report adverse events, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary or Associate degree program and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to adapt to change and ambiguity, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
