Grocery Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked with merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise.
- Ensures that merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors.
- Follows food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning procedures, to maintain a safe and healthy store environment.
- Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Ensures that the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business.
- Follows Health and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Stocks merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable, and applies product protection when required.
