Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide tactical support and perform general administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for facility management, service providers, associates, visitors, and community partners
- Answer and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner and forward to the appropriate parties for resolution
- Supports applicable financial functions, such as check requests, travel and expense reports, and accounts payable
- Supports other administrative processes, such as mail distribution and processing, and courier management
- Prepare memos, track associate documentation as required
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment with vendors
- Maintain inventory, order, receive, and store office and other supplies
- Create and format ad hoc and routine reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other projects as requested
- Gather, track, report, and conduct basic audits
- Work within a project budget as applicable
- Lead or support the organization of corporate area and associate engagement events and committees
- Accountable for maintaining a safe work environment and security monitoring system
- Adhere to company guidelines and policies
- Other projects as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Inter/Intranet use required
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in a team environment
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete a Penske employment application, submit to a reference verification (to include past employment and education) are required
