Business Development Manager

A1 Distribution, un leader québécois dans la distribution de biens de consommation à travers le Canada, cherche un professionnel dynamique pour rejoindre son équipe de vente motivée. En tant que Business Development Manager, vous serez responsable de la croissance des ventes et de la gestion des comptes corporatifs.

Responsabilités

  • Établir et atteindre les objectifs de vente annuels
  • Présenter les produits, les promotions et les plans stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de vente
  • Planifier les projections de ventes annuelles et le budget marketing
  • Surveiller les performances de votre territoire avec les outils mis en place
  • Négocier les accords commerciaux
  • Construire et maintenir des relations commerciales exceptionnelles avec les clients
  • Coordonner avec les différents départements de l'entreprise pour atteindre les délais
  • Préparer et présenter des rapports commerciaux (analyse des ventes et des performances par catégorie de produit, fixer des objectifs et développer de nouveaux programmes)
  • Gérer les planograms, les packs et les programmes en place
  • Remplir les dossiers de création de produits et les documents de commande pour les salons
  • Prospecter de nouveaux comptes et générer de nouveaux deals
  • Rester à jour des tendances et des changements dans l'environnement concurrentiel

Compétences requises

  • Expérience en tant que Business Development Manager avec des comptes corporatifs
  • Fluence bilingue (oral et écrit)
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou équivalent
  • Expérience en négociation avec les directions générales
  • Connaissance solide de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Compétences en négociation et en résolution de problèmes
  • Connaissance des processus commerciaux et marketing
  • Résultats orientés et objectifs
  • Capacité à développer des relations commerciales solides
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Compétences en communication et en relations humaines
  • Capacité à rédiger des propositions, des présentations et des résumés clairs et efficaces
