Job Title: Consumables Associate Company: Walmart Canada Job Description:

As a Consumables Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and contributing to the high-volume flow of merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • Assist customers with product information and make purchase decisions
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
  • Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, and maintain a safe work environment
  • Receive and stock merchandise, and utilize equipment appropriately
  • Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

  • Previous retail experience
