Warehouse Operator role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Bioriginal, a global leader in nutritional innovation, seeks a skilled Warehouse Operator to support the delivery of excellent customer service by adhering to standard operating procedures in relation to product processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking for shipment of Sales Orders to customers, receipt of goods from suppliers and internal replenishment orders.
  • Adhere to warehouse rules to ensure proper location of materials and finished product inventory.
  • Process internal replenishment orders as requested, completing all ERP transactions.
  • Perform all inventory transactions, utilizing the ERP system or barcode scanners, to track all movements through the ERP system.
  • Assist in cycle counting activities as required.
  • Operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store all inventories.
  • Handle dangerous goods, following established protocols, documentation and safety regulations.
  • Proactively report and address any inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse by adhering to all cleaning checklists and protocols.
  • Maintain inventories of warehouse supplies, including pallets, wrapping and cleaning materials, etc.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Proactively report and address safety issues and concerns.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as required.
  • May assist with driving company truck.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a warehousing or shipping/receiving environment.
  • Previous forklift experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Experience with WHMIS and TDG is preferred.
  • Grade 12 or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently is required.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Preference for experience in driving a 3-ton truck.
  • Class 1A license is considered an asset.
