Lead Support Services Operator responsible for improving profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and controlling costs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Support Services Operator Lead plays a critical role in driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency. This position requires a strong leader who can supervise daily staffing levels, drive efficiency, and retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily staffing levels to control labor costs and drive efficiency.
  • Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
  • Audit service and quality on a regular basis to ensure consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis to ensure high-quality service.
  • Address day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Support and implement training programs to develop skills and improve morale.
  • Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues.
  • Ensure accurate adherence to company time and attendance procedures.
  • Manage staffing levels consistently with established guidelines and make daily adjustments based on business needs.
  • Train employees on company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Current certifications as needed.
