Job Summary

The OMNI Department Manager will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in meeting their shopping needs. This will be achieved by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca, directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates. As part of a team, this Associate will strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
  2. Complete Back Office Setup, including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity, Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards, Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
  3. Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
  4. Complete daily picks, where necessary, and post-pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards, and ensuring the Back Office is NCO and ready for the next day.
  5. Lead by example, greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
