We are looking a full-time a Paid Search Campaign Manager to join P&G Canada in Toronto. The Paid Search Campaign Manager role is an integral part of both the Category In-House Media Team as well as the Category Brand Team.

As a Paid Search Campaign Manager, you will be part of an in-house category media team that will create, buy, and optimize breakthrough plans. You will collaborate across an integrated team of internal and external partners to ensure plans are delivered flawlessly and in line with P&G standards and Brand business objectives. You will report to the Category's Senior Media Manager and be co-located and part of the Category Brand Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an industry leading team driving media enabled growth across a category portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for Search across the category brand portfolio, including end to end strategy development, set up in platform and optimization
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with Brand goals and objectives making ongoing campaign optimization recommendations.
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Present campaign recaps and insights to the team
  • Collaborate with the broader media team to build capability and/or make strategic shift recommendations within platforms
  • Lead learning agendas across several brands, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings to the broader organization
  • Work successfully across in-house team and key media and creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience creating, executing, optimizing and analyzing paid search campaigns across platforms (Google Search Ads, Amazon, Retailer Search, etc)
  • Experience leveraging data to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • Proven knowledge of paid search, and paid search set up that has driven business results for clients

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of paid search experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytics background: Able to triangulate between data, brand goals and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plans.
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Hiring Process: A 30-minute technical interview screening will be required as a first step to assess experience levels across programmatic media. If successful, there is a virtual 1-hour Initial Interview and 1-hour Final Interview.

Principales responsabilités :

Vous êtes responsable du Search pour l'ensemble du portefeuille de marques de la catégorie, y compris le développement de la stratégie de bout en bout, la mise en place de la plateforme et l'optimisation.

Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de l'entreprise, de l'élaboration de la stratégie, de la mise en place de la plateforme et de l'optimisation des campagnes.

Mesurer l'impact et l'efficacité des campagnes à l'aide d'indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.

Présenter à l'équipe les récapitulatifs et les perspectives des campagnes.

Collaborer avec l'équipe média au sens large pour renforcer les capacités et/ou faire des recommandations de changement stratégique au sein des plateformes.

Diriger des programmes d'apprentissage pour plusieurs marques, y compris la mesure, l'optimisation et la diffusion des résultats à l'ensemble de l'organisation.

Exigences :

Diplôme/certificat d'études collégiales au minimum ; baccalauréat de préférence.

Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la création, l'exécution, l'optimisation et l'analyse de campagnes de référencement payant sur différentes plateformes (Google Search Ads, Amazon, Retailer Search, etc.).
