Creative Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Creative Studio & Communications to join our team at Intact Lab. As a key member of our shared services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of content creators, graphic designers, and communications specialists to develop human-centered experiences that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate business objectives into clear team and individual objectives, and develop a technology roadmap that aligns with our company's vision.
- Build strong relationships with product development teams to adapt our solutions, tools, and processes to their needs.
- Develop and manage a team of content creators, graphic designers, and communications specialists to produce high-quality content that meets business objectives.
- Mentor team members to develop their personal and technical skills, and support their career growth.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and/or digital communications.
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, open-mindedness, and fun.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of agile product delivery.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required to interact with colleagues across the country.
