Creative Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Creative Studio & Communications to join our team at Intact Lab. As a key member of our shared services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of content creators, graphic designers, and communications specialists to develop human-centered experiences that meet business objectives.
As a Manager, Creative Studio & Communications, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear team and individual objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and building strong relationships with product development teams to adapt our solutions, tools, and processes to their needs.
You will also be responsible for developing productive and engaged teams, promoting the development of personal and technical skills, and mentoring team members regarding their career development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a shared services team specialized in content creation, graphic design, and communications
- Translate business objectives into clear team and individual objectives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to adapt our solutions, tools, and processes
- Build strong relationships with product development teams
- Develop productive and engaged teams
- Mentor team members regarding their career development
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, technology, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and/or digital communications
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
- Experience working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, open-mindedness, and fun
- Experience in project management and knowledge of agile product delivery
- Bilingualism (French/English) to interact with colleagues across the country
