Job Title: Registered Nurse Class A

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Class A to join our team in St Stephen, providing holistic care to patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate patient care, incorporating nursing values of knowledge, theory, and practice.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, collaborating with healthcare teams.
  • Work in a dynamic environment, rotating shifts, and providing on-call services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered (active) or ability to register with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
  • Minimum two years of specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology.
  • Knowledge of target population and community services.
  • Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Current CPR Level C certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent work habits and professional appearance.
