Sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through excellent customer service and operational execution.

  • • Consistently provide top-notch customer service to company standards.
  • • Maintain visually appealing store displays and appearance.
  • • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
  • • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results.
  • • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly.
  • • Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and special events.
  • • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Requirements:

  • • Represent the Tommy Hilfiger image through personal and professional appearance.
  • • Demonstrate a professional image and conduct.
  • • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
  • • Communicate concerns to management.
  • • Assist in developing sales associates.
  • • Maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor.
  • • Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
  • • Act with integrity.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • • Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activity.
  • • Execute opening and closing checklist duties to ensure the store is always ready for business.
  • • Operate all register transactions, including refunds, exchanges, and cash pulls.
  • • Reconcile media, including counting register tills and safe cash funds.
  • • Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Merchandising and Visual Responsibilities:

  • • Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
  • • Comply with visual presentation standards.
  • • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
  • • Maintain store organization, fixtures, hardware, and general cleanliness.
