As a Client Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent client service to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for resolving life and critical illness insurance related inquiries, using your knowledge of our products and demonstrating your expertise and accountability.
You will work closely with other departments, learning about their roles and responsibilities, and contributing to the success of our organization.
We are looking for a motivated and client-responsive individual who has previous experience in a phone-based client care/service role, preferably in an insurance company or related medical field.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client service to internal and external clients

- Work closely with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
