Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails
-Provide general information about points of interest in the area
-Checking in and checking out of guests
-Follow emergency and safety procedures, clerical duties, assist clients/guests with special needs, handle wake up calls
-Selling of offsales, balance cash at end of shift
