About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and Advisor team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to contact clients to provide proactive service and support.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Collaborate with the Advisor team to welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Manage client communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Assist with client account management, including account administration, documentation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support the Advisor team in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in client service and wealth management.
Requirements
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
- Strong skills in business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset.
