About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at proSapient. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in their discovery of knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project leads to understand client needs and requirements
  • Proactively search for and identify industry experts using our proprietary technologies and platform
  • Act as a consultant to determine the type of expert required to fulfill client projects
  • Manage multiple client requests and connect with experts to meet client needs
Requirements
  • Drive, tenacity, and confidence to work in a rapidly growing and unstructured business
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on generating revenue
  • Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Interest in the corporate landscape and research, economics, business, or financial markets
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with industry leaders
