You will be part of the Digital Media Sales Team in Toronto, and report to the National Manager of Sales. This team is striving for new opportunities, ideas, and loves to win together and individually .

You will sell and up-sell to online media clients, and provide excellent service. You will build partnerships, provide exceptional client service, deliver presentations and custom programs. You understand our client's needs and will decide how our products can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients. Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfilment of strategic goals, and developing associated agreements. Contact new and existing clients to propose and secure buy-in on Kijiji product solutions. Sell programs to targeted clients (direct and/or media agencies) within the target markets. Knowledge of the digital space and experience educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies. Develop an understanding of client's business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales to better proposed strategies and tactics that will achieve client's KPIs. Provide excellent service in responding to general and customized client requests. Understand all new products and how to utilize them. Manage your business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success. Committed to exceeding quota attainment assigned. Who You Are: A bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field. Minimum 5 years of digital media sales experience, including experience with AdTech / programmatic companies. Creative, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Understand the Digital & Mobile marketing industry and ecosystem. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects. Commitment to sales and experience engaging with prospects. initiative and. Experience establishing communication. Engagement with prospects and experience balancing multiple sales opportunities. While the role has a hybrid office/remote model, you will need to travel and visit customers.
