About the Role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Strategic Accounts Executive in managing the complete sales cycle for our strategic accounts, including cold food chains and multi-site retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the assigned Strategic Accounts Executive, understanding each account's KPIs, contracts, and workflow process.
  • Accountable for supporting growth, retention, and service of all strategic account customers.
  • Close sales and work with the SAM through the closing process, following up on quotes, repairs, and replacements.
  • Support the SAE on workflow process, onboarding support, and managing day-to-day customer KPIs.
  • Answer customer questions, follow up on call questions, and liaise with the proper Gateway resources when required.
  • Work collaboratively across all Gateway departments to achieve sales goals, including Billing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Work with the Strategic Account manager to identify and hunt new strategic accounts and find existing opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Support work order flow, including dispatch, technical updates, quotes, and billing.
  • Support the strategic accounts executive on administration, special projects, and customer requests, including work order management, project management, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce is considered an asset.
  • Customer Portal experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the HVAC or refrigeration industry is an asset.
  • Experience with Data mining and Power BI is an asset.
