Health Care Aide Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal delivery, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with medication administration and report any changes in resident conditions to the LPN.
- Participate in the development and updating of care plans, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support.
- Chart resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory.
- Up-to-date immunization record, including a current TB test within 1 year.
- Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Check issued within the past 90 days.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
- Compassionate and respectful approach, with effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
