Commercial Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Commercial Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our commercial customers, providing exceptional sales service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent sales service to commercial customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted driver's license preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language preferred.
