About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campus Recruitment Intern to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Campus Recruitment Team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent from leading universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Design and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns to promote BMO's employer brand and attract top candidates.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with university career services, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
Requirements
  • Typically, 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Appropriate HR designation.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration and team skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
