Wireless Sales Representative

About the Role:
- Proactively engage with customers to promote wireless products and services.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers, offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, and accessories.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry.
- Upsell additional products to enhance the customer's experience.
- Collaborate with peers to drive store traffic and boost sales.
- Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.
- Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
