The Opportunity

Preparing and developing architectural and engineering drawings, models, sketches, and other documents within a BIM focused environment. Help manage in-coming and out-going model and drawing information. Co-ordinating work with other disciplines. Troubleshoot problems that arise in a rapidly changing project environment. Working directly with engineering colleagues and other professionals. Ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented. Develop software skills necessary to be successful in their project assignments. Project and team administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Required

Currently completing a diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent in the built environment or a certification in BIM Management or equivalent. Students actively enrolled within co-operative learning program at their respective University or College will be prioritized. Students with a Portfolio will be prioritized. Experience in Revit and/or AutoCAD. Knowledge of coordination tools: Navisworks, Revisto, Bluebeam. Knowledge of collaboration tools: ACC/BIM360, SharePoint, ProjectWise. Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Preferred

Knowledge in Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other programming tool is an asset. Knowledge of Digital Projects, Tekla. Knowledge of ISO19650. Previous experience in the AEC industry.
