We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the full range of food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverages, planning menus and beverage lists, and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, and possess exceptional service style, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverages
  • Plan, develop, and implement menus and beverage lists
  • Manage budgets and purchase food and beverage-related items and equipment
  • Lead and maintain a positive working environment based on excellence, discipline, learning, and development, teamwork, respect, and having fun
  • Supervise and motivate staff, building strong working relationships in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma from a recognized hospitality or culinary school
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Exceptional service style, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate staff, build strong working relationships in a team environment
