Job Title: Food Counter Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Food and Beverage Company of Kanata Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
