About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Corporate Director of Operations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to our hotels to drive top-line revenue while managing strategic cost controls to maximize ROI

• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and exceed brand standards

• Foster a positive work culture and promote hotel policies and philosophies to team members and guests

• Provide hands-on operational support to hotels that are struggling with staffing, processes, or procedures

• Evaluate hotel performance regularly and systematically, reporting results to the VP Operations

• Consistently measure hotel performance to ensure hotels exceed target goals

• Ensure all hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, training, and product
